I'm 99% sure the answer is yes, 1 copper washer on each side of the banjo fitting like all the rest.
Mine only had one crush washer .. or maybe the other fell off without my noticing it .. not 100% sure, even though I'm pretty careful in looking for these.
Because it sits above turbos, and can likely the source of many reported engine bay fires, I want to get this procedure right. I added the red arrows.

I couldn't find that washer in FSM or parts fiches , anyone know the part # for these tiniest of crush washers ?

Yes, you need one on each side of the banjo fitting, part # is N236-13-483.
