1st gear, turbo issue is bugging me

Alright, I attempted to search and im not sure if im phrasing it right or if im not adding the + right or something so i'm just going to ask

My first gear, I only get 5-6 psi of boost all the way through the rev range. Im not sure why its only first gear or what the deal is, but I ran boost tests in ever other gear and got 10-8-10 pattern sooo, im stumped? lol What do you think

IIRC if one of the check valves goes bad on the vac. chamber you get this symptom. The vac chamber is the box behind the alt.

good to know, maybe there is a leak there as well which is causing my small vac leak. This has been doing this for a few months now though, I never really cared because its not like id get traction with that 10 psi anyway anyone else have some ideas?

Those valves are one way so they are easy to blow into and check.

Could you elaborate?

I am having this problem as well on stock seq. twins.

God I need to just go single turbo.

The pressure box is below the PS pump...forget about that one for now.
Start w/ the vac. box behind the alt. Only 3 lines on it and, I think, 2 one way valves.
