hey guys just installed my rx7store's fuel rail and 1600's, upon priming the fuel system for 1st start up one injector started leaking

i removed the injector from the rail and found a tear in the oring, my question is where do i get a replacement?

its the top oring btw

Get a new o ring from the same place you got the fuel rail + 1600's. Dont skimp out on the O-ring unless you feel like having your engine catch on fire. Why are you running 1600's ??? What is your single setup?

 

Hey man, I got the same set of injectors, fuel rail, etc too. The O Rings that the guy workin on my car got me were actually for mustangs. Im assuming v6 model 03-04 type era. Otherwise I would suggest ordering some rings through your local Mazda dealer if your not too sure. Thats the easiest way to do it otherwise if you can find a local mechanic that has some idea with rotaries then they should be able to give you an idea s to the size you need. Sorry to hear the O ring tore. I had that happen too but we had extras. Other wise take the torn one out and take it to the Mazda dealership and have them get the size or Ford if you wana try it from there. Hope you get some found.

 

called the rx7store and had no answers and said they just sell the injectors

well they are 5.0 mustang injectors orings

got a pack of 8 for 8bux
