15-10-fluctuate

For some reason my boost pattern is all over the place. When my check engine light comes on it goes 9-8-0, if the light doesnt come on like today it runs 15-11- and the 2nd turbo will sometimes go to 10 or fall flat on its face. Solenoid? Nipple cracked off? Hose? I had mazda run the check engine and thses are the codes it came up with: 5 (knock sensor), 11 (air intake sensor), 31 (2ndary by-pass valve), and 39 Solenoid relief valve. All i have done to the car is a BOV. And i directly replaced the stock one with the stock hoses. I just had the engine rebuilt and new factory turbos, exhaust, ECU. WTF is goin on?!?

PS Mazda was like," After market items tapped into air induction system causeing emmission system to be out of calibration." What the **** does a BOV have to do with a solenoid or knock sensor? I do have autometer gauges. A/F (electrical which is spliced into my ecu), and a mechanical boost gauge which is connected to the nipple on the intake manifold.
