13b TT rebuild

I have to rebuild my 13b TT due to a seal leak. It's blowing white smoke out the back. I want to rebuild it myself to lower the cost and to learn how to do it. I'm not sure of what I should by as far as seals, parts, etc. Does anybody have any suggestions to make this as painless as possible. I want to go a head an port the intake and exaust, and I want to upgrade the seals to something better than stock. Let me know if you have any suggestions to making a bulletproof engine.

Thanks,

Aldo:

No such thing as a bulletproof engine. the strongest rotary in the world will fall to **** with improper tuning/maintainence. Just recently RonKMiller posted this link http://www.rotaryaviation.com/ which sells maybe the best priced rebuild kit available. I will probably use them in the future.
For porting, I would recommend doing a LOT of research first, getting RB or mazdatrix templates, and practicing on a trashed housing first. Learn on something that you won't have to spend 900 to replace if you screw up.

has anybody USED their kit yet? just because they are an aviation company doesnt mean that the kit is awesome. id like to know who makes their seals. im willing to bet that its atkins. . . since atkins advertises aviation also. i heard that atkins was having some quality control problems on their seals. . . something about them not being machined to the tolerance that they are supposed to be. i dunno. im building my engine too. i really wanted hurley seals, but the price on that kit is way to hard to pass up. i just want to know who makes their seals damnit. haha.
