Just put in a DP and a Pettit intake -

I know the car runs lean at these levels b/c the ECU is only programmed for 10psi. If i keep off the throttle and keep the turbos under 10, will the car still run lean?

I havent been driving it much recently but I dont want to be afraid of it when I do.

You should lay light until you get a boost controller.
Or you could create a leak and vent off some boost.
Most likely you could get by just fine on 13psi till you get a boost controller.

I'd thought the system stoped squirting fuel at 12psi as a defense against this sort of thing?. I think it's suposed to with one of the rotars. But the higher flow intake and exhaust would alow for less resistance and thus higher boost levels. I also wonder what people are getting with bigger IC's and performance intakes. Until I get my boost gauge in and finish my IC project I won't know myself.

The boost has to be over the fuel cut limit for a certain amount of time for fuel cut to actually happen. The stock ECU doesn't just automatically cut fuel as soon as the level is reached. This is one of the reasons aftermarket boost controllers can be extremely useful.
