1/2 gear switch ?
On another post, I posted an issue I am having with my 93FD, 5 spd.
When I put it in gear the idle drops to zero and tries to stall, or does stall.
One of the replies that I received was to check the first/second gear switch on the tranny. Makes sense to me. BUT, as I look in the manual, it says to remove the extension housing of the tranny to remove the switch. Can this be done without removing the extension housing? Because, if this RX is like my other RX's that's going to be a PIA. As in, drop the tranny. I really don't want to do that if I don't have to.
