02 sensor on single turbo question

I plan or I will attempt to pass my single turbo in the emission.
Do I need to weld a bung for o2 sensor?
Do you know the part number of the plug and play 02 sensor?

alcohol will pass emission? what mod i need to do to run alcohol during emission test?
