I just happened to watch a few car related videos on tube the other day and this came up. Opened a bit of a rabbit hole for me but what an incredible machine and unique history! I've been an automotive enthusiast for easily 25+ years and I can't ever recall coming across this street car for some reason. Truly a work of art inspired by one of the greatest eras of motorsport imo.
Never seen Kidston's channel before but very high quality content imo
Jay's vid from 5 years ago (didn't see it) driving a 1/1 modded version
Ben Collins's drives the real thing, wow

My Channel isn't much but I posted a video on restoring the Rat's nest. I mainly did it because I haven't been able to find a solid video on this process the way I have done it over the years. I'm hoping it will help those out in the future that want to keep the sequential setup as we are a dying breed. RX7BRUH made a great video explaining how the system works. I feel like we need more good RX7 content out there.

17 yo in-car race vid, so not the best quality, and likely only hardcore racers are going to enjoy the ever escalating crescendo of straight-cut transmission gearing and driving aggression required to climb out of the middle of the pack to first place …
along with zero vanity and no trying to be entertaining buffoonery either

Past few days have been rainy and gave me time to play around online. Found a couple cool new channels.
Extremely thoughtful and well put together video full of great observations and anecdotes to modern car culture and ownership.
Also found this awesome Aussie tuning company. Woah their products are serious quality. I personally really like the GR86 and imo captures some of the magic that the 'hero' cars of the 90's personified.
Enjoy!

Just happened to come across this movie. Never seen or even heard about it before. It's utterly brilliant! Haha. So many great scenes, no way to pick just one. Highly recommended.
Not to mention this incredible gem of a documentary, hosted by none other than Sam Posey and Jim Hall. Seriously incredible movie if this topic interests you. So much historic race footage!
Just grab some popcorn and enjoy!

if anyone is fan of Project Binky, Richard did an interview here, i thought it was fun
as usual zero Rx7 content, although it is an amazing project, and is it possibly the best presented build?
