What tail lights are these?

What aftermarket tail lights are these? I like the JDM three circle tails but not a big fan the OEM smoked plastic they used. I like the clear, and these actually look somewhat clean compared to the ebay junk clear tails.

Thanks!

Plain ol' 99 spec from what it looks like. Maybe the camera is picking up the lamps more than usual, but those look like stock 99 spec tails. Tinted with two reds and an orange.

That's about the only stock looking thing on the whole car!

They definitely aren't plain 99 spec. The lenses are much more clear and the individual lights have a domed more modern style red/amber plastic lens over the light. Zoom in and you'll be able to tell the differences a bit more. The 99 spec have that dimples/honeycomb texture to each of the three light circles

its something custom. you can see on the lens where it still has the OEM letters for all the safety/compliance stuff. where did you get the picture from? have you tried a reverse image search on google to see if it comes up on any other websites?

Stock 99 spec for comparison. Maybe the guy did a custom LED project or something. I see what you mean about how the lenses look a little different...Those still look to me like OEM 99 spec housings/lamps though. Definitely an aftermarket spoiler on both cars.

It almost looks like someone built generic round individual tail lights (like you can buy for trailers and what not) into the stock housing... but it could be just an optical illusion with OEM '99s. But, it looks like there's a smaller round bevel in the center of each light:
