It's not familiar to me. Do you know for a fact that's an FD part?

This looks like it. Not sure what piece they replicated, if any. edit: it doesnt look like it has the mounting section to the inside of the vents so doesn't look it like quite matches. seibon lists it as a "TM", I can't think of any company making/made FD parts that could be matched up with that.
