Does anyone recognize or know of a shop/place that does this? This motor would have been assembled pre 2019

I had a motor that had that on there and was told that it came from Atkins.

I see... so it would be a stock motor then. Assembled by Mazda and secured by Atkins lol that's a big help, thank you
