I recently read that the turbo control valve solenoid from a ford Capri will work in the rx7.. I know Mitsubishi made it so it's possible but can someone confirm this?

 

I can't confirm anything but yeah a 3 way vacuum solenoid is a 3 way vacuum solenoid. Clearly the FD's solenoids aren't anything special. If they were special, you would think they would be more durable to the heat.
