Part Interchange between US and JDM car

My '95 JDM Type RB was recently hit and is going to have a lot of the left front corner replaced. The car currently has a '99 spec bumper and will have that replaced but I am wondering which of the other parts are interchangeable between the U.S and JDM cars and which parts are different. It is easier for the body shop to get U.S parts but if they are different, I obviously want to make sure they order the correct JDM parts. It definitely needs the bumper, fender, the hood, and some suspension components.

All of it is the same. structuraly, the floor pan (maybe) and firewall are the only things separating a rhd from a lhd. Its all interchangeable

You might have to go to JDM sources just to keep the costs down. Suspension parts can be very expensive.

There have been some relative bargains on Yahoo Japan, but you have to mind the shipping costs.

Meaning, of course, for those specific requirements. There are very many differences between LHD and RHD throughout the car overall.
