What is the power band like? have you considered seeing about fitting a v-mount to it? that k series would look pretty rad with a v-mount set up.

I managed to install a few items I’ve always wanted last week. If anyone hears about an R-spec bonnet becoming available, please let me know. It’s the only other external mod I would want to complete the ride.

I love a body colored wing, it looks fantastic. More people should do it.

Thats mainly because many aftermarket wings (whether it be knock off or known 3rd party vendors such as Feed, etc) only offer them in black or “carbon fibre”. A lot of people don’t want to bother with painting them or they want to show off their part is “carbon fibre”.
I only keep to factory parts as much as I can for external body mods. Which mainly consists of the rear diffuser and now rear wing. The beauty of that wing is it uses the exact mounting holes the 99 wing uses. So you don’t have to play games with alignment and proper placing of the stands. Literally bolt on and away you go.

uh oh. You jumped the gun. . Your wheels are still safely tucked away as my spares. These rs wheels I’ve had on the car for over 8-9yrs now (maybe even longer…).

I did a small comparison between the refinished wheels and these ones. Yours are ever so slightly darker. With a good camera you can tell the difference. With a cellphone camera you can get away with colour variance. In the flesh however, it’s very obvious.
Regardless, at least I know I have a spare set if heaven forbid something happens to my originals. I think the next time I have to install new tires, I’ll use your set. Help keep my originals in mint shape.

@Hock87 Are those stock front fenders or Shine? What specs on the nt03's? Love those wheels, but hard to fit the concave faces in the front.

just rolled aggressively and a little pulling in the front. Pulled harder in the rear than needed, the rear has a 5mm spacer and a 10.5.

Thanks! As for wheels/tires they're 18x9.5 +45 on 265/35 Yokohama A052. 5mm spacer in front and 15mm spacer rear. The fenders are rolled flat with the slightest pull and camber is unknown but nothing insane.

Here's a better angle of the fitment

I got the shell without an exhaust so I made it using an Ebay canister and random exhaust tubing. I only planned to use it for a bit until I saved up for an Re-Amemiya Dolphin but it hasn't failed me...lol.

I do agree though, fitment sucks.
