OEM Interior Sunroof Cover
OEM Interior Sunroof Cover
Are there different versions of this cover? Purchased a cover from a fellow member and finally got a chance to get back to my fd only to discover it doesn't fit.
I have a 94 with OEM glass sunroof, I have been doing a little digging and notice that the one I need is shaped differently but want to know if this cover fits other fd's

I can't be authoritative, but I would expect them to all be the same.
In the US, only 94 tourings came with the glassie. Not sure about overseas.
Could you highlight the differences you see?

I have a 94 glass sunroof and my cover panel looks the exact same as yours. AFAIK there's only one cover and it's made to be larger than the actual opening by design. If you're trying to install it by just wedging it in from the inside then it won't work unless you bend it around, possibly. You need to open up the sunroof and install it from outside. I took some pics for you since I was actually going to install it today, so I hope it helps.

Here it is installed, you can see the panel goes past the sunroof opening.

Open your sunroof part way.

The side with the 3 tabs will face the front of the car, you want to wedge that section into the front of the sunroof shown here, just push it all the way.

The back 2 latches should line up with the tabs on the sunroof, push the latches up and they'll lock in.

This is after they've been locked in.
After that just close the sunroof and that's it. Hope that was helpful!
