I picked up a local's part stash and wondering about this front sub frame.

-From research it appears to be modified to fit a 3 rotor?
-Does anyone know if a specific company did these or are they usually custom built?
-Any idea what these are worth? I'll be sticking with a 2 rotor so no need for this.
