Master Cylinder brace for 929?

Not the improved racing one which uses the strutbar but a stand alone, does anyone make one?

The master cylinder brace will most likely fit the 929 MC, it's pretty similar in shape. The MC braces out there have a good amount of adjustment as well.

The IRP brace is really nice, I have one on my car. Very well made.

Garage Alpha has one that works with 929 MC. I know IRP's won't fit from experience.

Whats the main purpose of these braces? More rigidity against pedal action?

The firewall has some flex so you lose some pedal feel. Have a friend stamp on the brake pedal in the car and watch the master cylinder - you will see it move an appreciable amount.

The brace does make a difference to how the brake pedal feels. It's not the top priority mod to have, but it's a nice thing.

Odd, it didn't fit for me and at least couple of others I've heard from.

Sake Bomb now sells what looks like the IRP brace and says "does not fit with 929 MC".

It's tight and you need the non-swivel foot

This is correct. Both feet are included with the kits but the swivel version will not work with the 929 MC
