You can resize them on photobucket using the edit option. I find that 800 x 600 is the most pleasing without taking up much real estate.
Karl I was hoping for a picture from the side or a 3/4 view with the car at eye level (all your shots are at birdseye (or cat eyes)
Any chance of that? I have OEM and am contemplating putting them on.

thanks so much karl!!!!! i just gotta find something equivalent to that wurth stuff if i cant find it here http://issuu.com/wurthuk/docs/bond_and_seal . a friend has 4 of my jackstands so i gotta drive there one day and pick em up lol. i was thinking more like drilling holes on the oem sideskirts and get screws/bolts long enough to get from car to oem sides to feed sides. but hey this method is way simpler and less complicated.

just curiosuity how long have you had it on with that bonding agent?

will get some more pics but im not very good with a camera lol ive tried resizing them but still go big.

the stuff i used had, if i can remember, a primer as well if that is any help but any sort of bonding agent will do. they have been on for 6 month and there is no chance of them falling off, really really sturdy.

Super classy. I want(ed?) to do this with mine, too. (It's what I did with my 180sx and it looked fantastic)
Do you have any straight-on side shots? I'd love to see if the joint is visible, or how wide the gap looks between oem skirt and feed lip.

What's your car look like now @karl_tate ?

7 year bump-- i'll play along
i did this on my car. the look is pretty good, and i like it but costs double than a better single skirt. like a MS or Re amemiya. ultimately you're buying 2 sets of skirts.

Been a while no other pics. Sorry. They looked real nice.

My car is now chargespeed rear and custom wide front arches, custom bumper and headlights, just about ready for paint

Have any of you done this with either the shine auto (https://www.shineautoproject.com/por...-7-misc-items/) or concept-7 (OEM Style Side Skirts Mazda FD RX7 - Concept-7) replica versions of the OEM skirts?
Any comments on the quality, fit, and finish?
I would be installing the FEED under-skirts under them, as discussed above.

Any input would be appreciated!!

that's what i did on my VR above both the oem sides and feed sides are from ShineAuto. the oem sides from Shine are 7/10 for fitment and quality. not that great but okay considering they are the only game in town.

Thanks, good to know!
In any case Shine have not been replying to emails so it's just as well, I guess.

Anyone have experience with the Concept 7 (UK brand) sides??

theyre bad at replying to emails, if you want their stuff, simply buy it online and wait, no issue there. also im sure a body shop could manipulate the oem style sides to be 100%... for me i just stuck them on and fitment isn't the best quality but like i said okay...

i have the ones from concept 7 and intend on doing this side step combo as well. I have yet to get it all fitted/installed but i have an appointment to take it to the body shop to have aero painted and installed. Will post photos of the end results with concept 7’s skirts!
