Fan Relay Ground - Where should it go?

Could anyone tell me where this wire was originally supposed to go? It's some sort of ground for one of the four fan relays. When the battery is connected the relay clicks shut and this circuit drains about .233 amps continuously, even with the car off and it has been draining the battery. I've read the FSM but it's not very clear where the wires would be located in the engine bay. I'd love to fix this properly without having to wire in a different fan controller.

Apprecite you guys

Matt
