Looking at the tracking on paypal I can't tell if the order is on it's way back to Taiwan or coming to me. It would appear the address got messed up some how. I have not heard anything from anyone yet.
Wanted to put in order for head and tail lights. But I am too scared now.

Definitely contact international USPS in order to at least figure out where your package is going and what is going wrong. Keep contacting evo-r of course. Msg him and see if you can post anything on his page as a review or maybe a public post so he can respond and get back to you.

All I was referring to were the links you posted. The real question is though, have you ordered from them as well? How was "your" experience with them? Have you witnessed sub-quality products in person?
All I'm saying is that when I placed my order with them I have never read the reviews and 1 my order didn't take long to arrive and 2 I don't see anything wrong with the product I purchased. The quality is really good and it arrived in perfect condition.
I can't speak for others, and I'm sure there have been bad situations that many label as a scam but this wasn't my experience.
Just my 2 cent...

Yes. I have purchased from Evo-R. Communication was non-existent (PMs and e-mail ignored). Shipping took a long time (1month+). Product was sub-par (poor fitment, inconsistent weave on carbon parts).
I'm glad you had a good experience. But obviously YMMV. Lots of other people had bad experiences, thus the reason you should search before you buy like Natey says, and now we see another one unfolding.

Just look at the level of customer support YOU are providing and you weren't even the one to sell or profit from the sale? I think if Testrun had 10% of the effort from EVO-R that you're providing, things would be MUCH different.
Literally 50% of your contribution to the forums have been EVO-R customer service.

Funny I just got off the phone with a vendor I trust and he tells me that what I am going through with the shipping is the normal MO for Evo. They ship the package knowing that it will come back to them. This vendor does not make the product I need so he has no real reason to talk vs about him. I will put in a complaint with paypal I guess as that is my only recourse.

Definitely don't order something through EVO-R if you're looking for something anytime soon... expect communication to be bad and for things to take a long time. These places typically make parts to order and often you're down in the queue (or they're waiting for more orders for that part to come through?) so they don't even make it for awhile. Then if its overseas, shipping takes forever and sometimes things get held up in customs, etc. Heck, I went through some of the same things (minus shipping issues) going through Shine awhile back. Took forever to get some of the small pieces they sell and communication was slow, too.
I've only ordered once through EVO-R (forum group buy) and, while it was slow and communication was bad (and the part I got needed some adjustment to fit well), in the end I got what I ordered and was satisfied.

Seriously? You have to be kidding me. I tried to message you on here, on Face Book, on your website email.... I just got my refund through paypal because you probably didn't respond to them for my reimbursement since I never recieved my product nor a response from you.
What is your problem? If it is lack of English language I can understand to a point and accept that. If your English is good then I can not accept it.
Seriously, just out of curiosity can you tell me what the problem is? I am speaking of the lack of communication. I would love to know and would love to have ordered some items you have on your website. It seems very shady though. A few said they received there item and many, many, others tell horror stories.
So Jay.......... what's the problem?

I do not think it is a lot to ask for to have someone say "all is good"- "we will re ship" - we will refund..... whatever just say something.
