Question eBay Interior Pieces -- What's your experience?

In the past, people have complained that the ebay interior kit has poor fitment. Has anyone purchased a set recently?

New 4Pcs Interior Replacement Protector Sets LHD For Mazda RX7 FD3S Carbon Fiber | eBay

I'm guessing the fitment is still crap, but I figure I'd see if it may have changed.

I also reached out to the seller to see if they have pics of the back of the panels.

i wouldn't get your hopes up.

what someone REALLY needs to do is make some LHD door plastics.

why are there 1000 sellers of the RHD stuff, but zero LHD?

I wouldn't trust ebay fitment for pieces that have to sit precisely in their designated spots. An ebay lip or diffuser can be wiggled in to place if they're off but interior pieces need to fit well. I remember seeing a post about carbonmiata (also a chinese company) interior panels for the rx7. The hvac panel was warped and everything was off by over an inch. Nothing lined up or fit.

I have only seen pictures, and I believe someone has a write-up, but support your own, Evo-R makes what you posted. I'm sure he would be more responsive. I have purchased from Jay and met him in person before he is a great guy.

I have the Carbon Miata cluster hood. I had issues with it at first matting it to the OEM gauge surround but then did some reaming on the screw holes. I have had it in and out of the dash several times without issue I don't know if heat cycling will change things though.
Service and communication was good.
It probably won't knock your socks off but I am happy with it.

Good to know -- I'm okay with reaming a few screw holes. I thought it was completely off, but it sounds like it just needs to be adjusted a little to fit.
