1992 FD3S turbocharged?

Hey guys sorry for my lack of knowledge but I have a question. I've been trying to look it up but there are a lot of mixed answers. I was in the market for a RX7 and found one. Currently going through the buying process but I was wondering; Is the JDM 92' RX7 Efini stock twin turbo charged? This is the one I decided to buy. 1992 Mazda RX-7 RX-7 | eBay

I appreciate any info you guys can provide. Thanks!

yes, every FD came with sequential twin turbos. Mazda started making the FD in October of 1991

$25K for a RHD FD3S site unseen? Is shipping included? Wow that's just crazy...

Car looks to be in great condition I'd say, personally I value that above mechanical health, those things can be fixed when it arrives. The JDM cars are normally so good underneath. It's a type R that was made on the 16th march 1992 and a previous owner has fitted the larger RZ brakes which is always nice.

Good find .

15+ years in business in the US with no BBB accreditation??? How have they been in business for 15 years if they were just created in 2015? (https://www.bizapedia.com/ca/phase9motorsports-inc.html)

https://www.bbb.org/sdoc/business-re...ection=reviews

You've got one **** review from a verified person, followed by three fluff reviews posted within 1-2 days by unverified initials... **** that, I'd run the other direction.

Yeah, I think I'd spend less money to get a newer FD that was made for the US market from the start.

How are you getting "mixed answers" about the factory turbo set up in an fd or if it was even turbo at all? I don't see how that's even possible.

I would wager that when people hear 1992 RX-7 they assume it's an Series 5 FC. Which as you know, some came turbo charged and some did not.

Yea, I gave that idea a go but then I gave it up when I realized the op knew the chassis code is FD and not FC. Regardless of the year overlap, he knows what the car looks like AND what the chassis code is. There shouldn't really be any confusion. Idk, maybe I'm giving it too much thought. I just think it's wild.....
