“Near OEM” non-license plate front bumper?

I’ve been tossing around the idea of getting a 99 spec, non-license plate front bumper. I live in Ohio and we have recently passed a new law stating we don’t need a front license plate and I think it would make it look so much better and cleaner. My question is is there a front bumper that would use the R1 lip, that looks near stock but isn’t? Prob doesn’t make much sense when I say it like that. But I’m basically after a front bumper that you look at and doesn’t obviously look aftermarket unless you are familiar with the fd. Thanks for any help! Hope it makes sense what I’m after lol

I've seen pics where someone slapped an R1 lip on a 99 spec bumper and IMO it didn't look good. So I don't have any input for bumpers that fit your criteria of the 93 R1 lip, but in any case here are 99 OEM-ish styles:

Eurou:

99-Spec plateless:

Leg-Sport:

If you notice both the Eurou and the Leg-sport do not have the "smile" of the 99 Spec bumper.

Thanks for the help! I really like the Eurou one, it’s clean looking and doesn’t look crazy or anything

Damn Montego dropping straight knowledge on here. I didn't even know these options existed. They both look to fit quite a bit better than the typical urethane plate less bumper you normally see.

No personal experience but in addition to the 98 spec lip, you may also have to source the 99 spec impact bar, styrofoam support and belly pan for those bumper covers to make them look decent. Not sure if the impact sensors can be reused.

It seems if you do it “right” you’re gonna have $2k in it just in parts not counting paint
