1993 Rx7 r1 montego blue clean title not shure how many miles but the add says it over heats and its going for 7990

body is in good condition im not shure about the other info lemme tell you the the money i have to spend ill have about 11k around there do you think it would be a good buy or over heating is too much of a problem?

 

The advice i have always received is don't touch it with a 10 ft. pole if it has ever overheated. Considering that this one seems to do it regularly i would definately avoid it unless you have 3000 bucks set aside for a new motor plus can figure out why it is overheating and fix that. If the body is in good shape it may be worth it. It is pretty cheap.

 

It probably needs a new engine, which will run you 3K+ after instal. Offer 7K for it if you have 11K.

 

expect to pay more like around 5 grand for a new engine,
including all the labor n stuff
