Turbo Pre-control solenoid and actuator! Please Help!

yes in fact I do know that, I was writting something to that effect when I realized I was writting non-pertinant information. I know that the chareg control will not open until secondary boost is equal to or greater than primary, by virtue of those hose carrying both boost and pressure at differnt times. Secondly we are all trying to help guys out here not show how much we know for our own glory. I never stated anythig dismissing what you said, all I simply said was that I didn't know what nipple you were talking about, for which you have still not enlightened me. There are many details as to the inner workings of all the selenoids and actuators of which many are needless to determine their proper operation. THat is why I said it is rather simple. which it is. I also do not feel the need to repeat informaion that is readily availabel from the boost troubleshooting guide. It tells a good amount of how to verify these things, but more importantly their function.

Just relax, don't get so defensive, I have a lot of experience with the boost control system from experiecing very unique problems that required a lot of searching. Having done so, I know it really isn't that complicated.

BTW of coarse the secondary build boost prior to coming online, what that is what the TPC is for, but, depending on where this nippel is you may not see boost or not, obvioulsy you do. That is why I asked.

Hey how can I test the solenoids off the car, what are the specs with the multimeter?
