run the car at dile, make sure you have given boost in awhile and poressur is in the chamber. Ground out pin 4R on ECU, and make sure TCA is pulled in completely.
If doesn't happen, you can get to the fittings on the TCA easier by getting them just below the TPC and WG sekenoids, folow the hose diagram to decipher which metal line is carriy the side of the TCA you want to tap. Tap into the lines at that point watch for vacuum on vacuum side and presure on the pressure side.
