Second turbo boost problem

Well I have a similar problem, I boost normally with the first turbo, but when the 2nd turbo kicks in, boost will drop to 2 pounds and then up to five, happens all the time no matter what I do. I am so pissed off that I cant figure this out. I dont what to have to take this to peter ferrell and have him rip me off, so someone PLEASE help me out here. I have checked all my hoses and the actuators are all working properly. I tested the solenoids as well, all the resistances are ok. I have checked the hoses on the chamber in back of the alternator and behind the power steering pump and they seem to be ok. Any suggestions as to where I should check next??

How do you check to make sure the actuators are working properly? I need to do this.

You really need to get a shop manual to be able to check everything, but its realy not that hard. A couple of the actuators, you have to apply air pressure to, to see if the rods move in and out like they are suppossed to. And one of them, you have to apply vacuum to, to see if the rod moves in and out. I think there are a total of four all together. Its MUCH easier when you get a shop manual, and you can read it online at http://www.iluvmyrx7.com.. Also you can buy them from http://www.mazdatrix.com. Its not that expensive. But you wont regret the purchase.

If anybody has answers to my questions about the second turbo boost problem, PLEASE let me know, Im going out of my mind here and Peter Ferrell seems to be my only option.
