Rust on my Brake Rotors
Theres rust on my new rotors and on all the bolts that hold the hat to the rotor. Even the bolts on the calipers have rust. Does anyone know of a way to keep the rust away without painting? It looks like crap:

Naval Jelly, available at auto parts stores, will remove the rust.
You'll then have to coat the formerly rusted area with something.
Put the stuff on the rusty areas only, then after it dissolves the rust, rinse it off thoroughly.

Zaino is a line of showcar polish/sealer/waxes..
They are so versatile, you can use them on almost anything. I've heard them being used on everything from wheels, to engine parts, to mufflers, to the underside of lawn mowers to keep grass from getting stuck on it..

Just to drive this point home. If you use Naval Jelly, you MUST, MUST, MUST recoat the surface as soon as you can, hopefully later that day. Naval Jelly will remove rust, but it will also cause metal to rust. If you use it w/o recoating then your brakes will be a big rusted heap in a few months.
