cheap alternative to what though? I realize it's personal taste, but for less than $300 you can buy a low/high beam HID kit for the stock pop-ups to give you much better lighting, while not making your FD look like an insect

Thats even funnier, for me being 18 I am making ok money 20k a year I dont spend money accept for gas and insurance likes to rape me. Lets say thats not my only source of income...
