It's a good looking, high quality wheel. It's too readily available used and almost anyone can get the LM look for much cheaper.
There is your reason why:

I've been working on my car pretty hard the past few days, and after months of planning things are finally coming together... still some small things to do like getting the bumper sanded and buffed... but it got late and I got tired so I snapped a quick pic

Farkel, I'm loving the new look! Furthermore, where did you get the carbon fiber piece that's positioned under the feed bumper? If you don't mind me asking.

if you could find a set of wheels that you like for almost half the price in like new condition and you dont have to wait 3 month to get would you buy a set?

I hadn't heard of a recall but I thought I might have missed something LOL.
One of the reasons I'm looking at getting this set is because they've never been used, never even had tires mounted, I don't have to wait, they are a great size, and they're alot cheaper than what he bought them for, so it's too good to pass up. I already have Enkei RPF1s but they have race tires on them and I want to run a wheel on the street with street tires so I don't burn off the more expensive ones just driving around.
I'm planning on getting some 20mm over fenders from Shine when he finishes them, and right now I'm running 18X10.5+15 and 18X10+38, and the Works I'm looking at are 18X11+30 and 18X10+29 (bought for Burnout fenders), so I'm wondering if they'll fit alright with those offsets. I can work with the front fenders, but I'd rather not mess with flaring the rear fenders anymore, so does anyone know how similar in size the 18X11+30 would be to my current 18X10.5+15? I'm not good with running these numbers.
Actually now that I look at it, I need to flare the rears a little more anyway so I can take all the camber out of the rear for the street. Oh well.
Actually I've always kinda wanted these Gram Lights 57 Maximum Pro's too...

It looks great Farkel! I thought it looked great before too though.
The problem is most people order the standard colors, lip finishes, hardware colors or buy used and leave them that way.
Chances are, if you are ordering works or SSRs, you are looking to take advantage of the color/sizing options to personalize your own set of wheels.
Most people don't do that and the Meister is getting played out because people run the same old **** over and over and over again (gunmetal, gold, BBF, silver, on a polished lip, etc etc). It's the same thing with the BBS LM. So many people out here have BBS LMs they bought used on their car that I don't care about them anymore.
I saw a stock Mazda 6 the other day with BBS LMs being driven by an old guy....

i love your car sir. you should be fine with those offset. i'm running 9.5" +24 up front and 10.5" +23 in the back and they fit fine i can actually put a 5mm spacer if i wanted to. i tried my friends ssrs and they were 11" +29 in the back and they fit perfect. are those stock fenders in the back or burnout ?

Eric- I really like the new look I am kinda concerned with how close you are running the straight pipe to the bumper/diffuser. Are you able to re-hinge the tail pipe so that it does not run so close

Thanks!
Thanks, I love yours too! Ok cool, I'm not too good at comparing sizes like that so thanks for that! We actually just flared the hell outta the rear and then used a dolly and hammer, then used filler or whatever (I wasn't there for that part) and sanded. I kinda wanna get rid of the definite lip though and flare the higher part out too so the whole fender bubbles out, know what I'm saying? That way it will match the front fenders I'm getting from Ken.
I thought you were talking to me at first but I wasn't sure how you knew my name, haha. He's right though other-Eric, your car looks nasty! I agree with them though, I'd definitely do something with that exhaust. Mine sits a couple inches past the bumper and I still get soot all over it. I shudder at the thought of burning any part of that beautiful car of yours.
