I'm not exactly sure. I was planning to get the Mazdaspeed looking CF hood, but end up buying this off a shop my friend knows from clearance cuz it was a really good deal. The quality and fitment is pretty good. So i think its just some generic brand/design. Its vented above the SMIC, although the openings are not as large as the KS hood, so i'm not too worried about raining days.

As for suspension, i forgot to mention, When i picked up the car, it was bone stock except for the TEIN HA coil overs and no muffler (just mid-cat to pipe and tip). And the TEINs were set to the lowest setting. It looked tight, but the ride felt like i'm riding on dead shocks, so i raised the car a bit now, for driveablility on LA's crappy streets and efficiency at the track.

 

heck yea that low, when I had my car that low it drove like a POS so I had to raise it a bit.

 

here a few pictures of my fd, i have to get my headlight cover painted and the turn signals have to go in as well. i also just put the bumper very sloppy.. and it needs a wash

What size and offset are those wheels in the back? They don't look like they fit at all.

 

it's an oldschool (1999) Kenwood. i like it a lot. everytime i turn on my car it flips out and everytime i shut it down it closes. very safe, might i add i can get you the model number if you want it, i just don't know it from the top of my head. i have an alpine 1200watt amp with 2 10" JL audio subs. but i took out the subs, and channeled the amp for highs and mids with the quart mb's. it sounds good for an "old" stereo.

if your talking about the darker picture on the left it was taken at night but It has a tri stage silver with flake and looks beautifull in the sun.oh yeah and it was taken with a camera phone.

I like the car but have you ever thought about painting your hood? It would give it a much cleaner look, especially since you have the clear side marker lights.

thanks, yeah, i thought about painting it partially, but that'll totally change the look, so i couldn't decided on how exactly to paint it. Eventually, i'm planning get Carbon Creation's whole set of CF Cwest kit w/ a 99spec wing.
