RedR1 Progress pix (not dialup friendly)
Heya all. I've been on a small leave from posting pics, as I have been on a long journey with my car.
I've always wanted a white car, so i took the car down, stripped it, and. . . well. . . . here are before, and current pix. All parts were painted separately (hood, front bumper, rear 1/4 panel, etc etc. I'll install all of that after I drop the motor in, and take the "final" pix. Anyhow, enjoy

and current (far from done). Project Mu's, Function X, single turbo, all those things are getting installed over the course of the month, and i'll have more pix up soon

The paint is a corvette base of 10U (arctic white) with a lil bit of blue pearl to it. Car looks totally white under sunlight. Not that creamy looking color you see on most blue pearl looking cars (like on those Cadillac Escaladies)

Looking good! That is the way to do it, I despise seeing a repainted car that has the old color on the sills, in the engine bay, etc.
Just be careful of that new paint when wrestling in the new engine!
