you got the wheels right, but the tires are 255 front and rear

You have any still pics? Only because i went with the same wheel and i wann have an idea of what it will look like. We both have VR's so it gives me a good idea.

[I] though 10X18 would require offset 50 or is this because you are running OEM suspension?
There is alot of really bad info out there about fd wheel fitment......+50 for a 10j wheel is just silly unless you are afraid of fender rollers or have the need for massive tires. And no, i am not running oem suspension, its stance gr+ set at 24 1/4" top of fender well to ground.

any reason you went for the 9.5 rear instead of the 9?

9.5 with a 255 will stretch the sidewalls slightly more than the 9 in the front with a 255, resulting in a little less slip angle for a given load. i think the fd handles best with equal tire size front and rear, running a wider wheel in rear adds a tad of stability

Wow, that looks awesome!! Now im excited to get the wheels! lol

I got the same exact wheel widths and offsets too!

Except im gonna run a 235/45 for the front and a 275/40 on the rear.

Whacky tire sizes but my main purpose was to have it look more aggressive. Thats why the wide tire on the +38 rear wheel.

Ill post pics when i get them, which should be like 2 weeks.

definatley post pics. I am thinking about the same thing except with 245/275. i'm curious to see what the 275 will look like on the 9.5 and how close to the fender it is.

Well right now I have a 235/45 on a +40 wheel for the front and its flush. Well almost flush but its damn near flush.

I also have 265/40 on a +38 for the rear and its almost flush too, maybe flush to some people but our rear fenders are pretty wide, so i opted for something wider. We'll see how a 275/40 will look on the +38 wheel. Should be perfect for my likings.

I personally road course just for fun and lap times. I haven't done anything competitive yet but maybe one day I'll join the solo sprint if I ever consider my car finished lol.

Since this is a pic thread, here is some camera pics taken by Dominic before the car went into hibernation the only day I drove it with the new setup...
