Forget what I just typed, I pulled the vaccum line off the bov on the 2nd turbo. when the car was not running and found that it held its vaccum.Maybe I dont have enough vaccum to the 1st bov to hold it open all the way and thats why im olnly getting 5psi/ Oh by the way the vaccum meter on the boost guage reads a steady 14. Any ideas fellas.
