Since im geting 5 psi on my secondary does that mean that my primary is workin properly and my secondary turbo is not workin at all???

Most likely one of your 78 itty-bitty vacuum hoses popped off. Are yours silicone/zip tied?

 

Well, the ones i have replaced are zip tied, i need to get the "*****" to get under the rats nest and do those, one thing that is wierd is that my boost controller doesn't do a damn thing, i can close or open it and my pressure stays around 10....
