How much hp from a FMIC?

I'm looking to buy the Apexi' FMIC and intake combo. I was just wondering what kinda gains to expect for these 2 mods?

Oh yeah, how long should it take to install this?

Expect 15 ... hope for 25 ... spend a day with a shop manual, a few metric tools, and a grinder.

just did the Greddy FMIC this weekend. expect lots of hp!
it took us 3 days (around 16 hours) to finish.
