Great race. 2, 11sec rx7s, Viper Venom 500 and sc300TT. White Rx7 beats out the red rx7 in the far lane, Viper walks on both rx7s, and the SC300TT (about 10 car lengths behind taking the video) DESTROYS them all. Its a great race, its about 18 seconds long, and 3.3 megs. I would put it up if someone would care to show me how. What the hell did that guy do to that 300? Amazing.

That SC300TT you are talking about I assume is a Lexus. If it is, is it silver? If not then i dont know.
All I know is I was watching Speedvision and they were at a carshow. This guy had a silver Lexus SC300 TT. I think he was saying the SC300 pretty much has a Supra motor in them the N/A one. So he either added the turbos or dropped a Supra TT motor in it(more than likely the latter of the two). It had the Supra 6 speed in it i believe..or maybe a 5 spd but i think it was the 6 spd. and i think a supra rear end...i could be wrong about the rear end though...so to sum it up i believe it had a supra drivetrain in it. It was on a pretty good while ago..so that is why I am kinda rusty on the subject. I COULD BE TOTALLY WRONG though..but then again i dont know to many people with that kind of cash to throw around. From what I remember it looked real nice.

There's a couple guys in Texas who put a turbo setup on their Soarer. They push 700+ rwhp and run 10's and 11's. In that video, it wasnt a real race since the Viper and the RX-7's shut down early. That Lexus is formidable tho

The Soarer(SC300/400 in the us) and the Aristo(GS300/400 in the US) both share the same motor to the Supra TT in the US. The 2JZ-GTE is a well used motor. My roomate has a 2000 GS300 and we have the front clip of an Aristo that we will be transplanting soon. Sad thing is that it still is an Auto tranny. But the Aristo auto tranny is similar to the one on the Supra TT auto.

That video's been posted here before. The Lexus in question is Clint Law's (he's on supraforums a lot - look there for his mods and hp).
The best part is the oh-**** reaction from the Viper guy - he slams the brakes when the SC300 passes him. Quite an amazing clip.

That is Clint's SC300TT. He dynoed 765 with 26psi and 70 shot. It's a pretty mean ride. If those are 11 sec RX-7s than they are very high 11sec cars. I know that he was rebuilding his engine and he has the HKS GT2835's. Respect were Respect is due though he has an extremely fast car. Steve Kan raced him on the highway and put several lengths on him from 40-160 according to Steve and some other people. He owns www.Turboimports.com and is a pretty cool guy.
