I have the same problem...sorry to tell you this buddy but from what you posted to me it sounds like a bad water seal...are you going through coolant or overheating..? you said grey smoke which could mean burning oil which is normal to a degree but it shouldn't be a LOT of smoke...light grey or white smoke is a sign of your car burning coolant and that means a rebuild...don't worry cuz i'm about to have to go through one myself...

As long as you're not running hot, you should be ok for a little while. Right now you probably just need to tear the motor down and replace the seals and gaskets. If you let it overheat, you'll be replacing housings and your rebuild will be twice as expensive. Also, don't let the car sit for an extended period of time. With the water/coolant getting into the combustion chamber, there is a possibility of getting chrome flaking on the rotor housings, which (depending on the severity) can ruin them. I would do the rebuild as soon as you possibly can before you do any more damage to the motor. This would be a good time to do some porting and upgrade the apex seals, etc. Sorry for the bad news.

BTW, is the water in your radiator bubbling or does the overflow cap blow off?
