blown apex seal on 2nd rotor!!!(a.s.a.p.)

How much will it cost to replace the apex seal on the 2nd rotor and get it running again? Will I need an engine rebuild or not?

I'd say it depends on the damage done and how much wear is on the engine. You've got to tear it all apart to get at the apex seal anyways, so if theirs a good bit of wear you might as well have it rebuilt right. The broken apex seal could have scarred up your rotor housing or screwed up the turbos, or you could be lucky like I was and no real damage occured.
