Exclamation 10-5-10 again

Ok guys, here are some new development.

I just found out that my car gives me a nice 10-8-10 when i just started the car or at least, as soon as i can get more than 7 psi.

Oh and by the way, is it normal that you can't get more than 7psi before the car gets hot?

Anyway, i found out that it works for around a minute and suddenly, i only get like 8-5-9 or something like that, just like if i had a small leak in a hose in the precontrol system or any other system i suppose. I never get a nice 10-8-10 after that. i have to wait till the next morning when the engine bay is completly cold.

Anyone has a clue what it could be. I checked with mazda to see how the solenoid cost for the precontrol but damn... it is a 120$ ???

i want to be sure that that is my problem before i buy that...

thanks a lot for any input and share your problem too, we might be able to help each other

Lightbulb Change in pressure.

I had a similar problem and it was a new silicone coupler from Y pipe to Intercooler, as it heats up it gets softer and all I had to do was retighten it when the engine bay was hot. I also checked all my other connections at the same time, the orignal rubber couplers are notorious for leaks, if you don't have silicon couplers I would replace them. I also have the silicon hoses for all my other vacuum lines they can slip off if not tie wrapped.

FYI: When I was chaging my hoses over I broke off the connection on one of the boost solenoids, bummer, big cost!, I used a short piece of boost gauge tubing and slipped it into the broken piece and ito the solenoid, then used epoxy to build and glue the piece back on - worked great!
