you guys are the best..i think im gonna cry
hehe...im in the midts of searching for a car and the 7 T being a possible candidate, i have had lots of help... you guys r even cooler than the vdubers
( i own a corrado) just thought id share... oh another couple ?'s: how much would a 90-91 turbo cost me (after negiotiating, giving them weed
, etc) wit say about 80k miles? would this be an ideal track car... i would probably do enough mods so im at least breaking into the 13's so past that i really dont care how fast it goes, but would these be ideal track cars? cuz of course a camaro will smoke a 7 (stock vs stock) on the drags, but any american v8 would get killed on the race/test track...and can any of you give me some first hand experience comparing these cars to a late model mk3 supra t, 91+ mr2 t, corrado g60 with an atp turbo conversion and lets c what else..... hmmm how bout the number of gen 2's in america, im curious how rare they are. ill have more ?'s soon :1party:

A series 5 Turbo II with 80k miles could be anywhere from $5000-8000 depending on the condition, of course there are always good deals, I've seen a couple for more like $4000. Since rotaries are so light the cars have near perfect 50/50 weight distribution, making them excellent cars for the track, especially if you want to do some drifting. I annihilate my friends G60 Corrado w/ a few mods even with a headstart with my turbo II. Corrados would be so tight if they weren't FWD.
Gen 2's are around, but don't expect to find them as abundent as mustangs and civics. Around me there's 3 in the paper.
You can always do the V8 engine swap. Pretty cheap and easy to do. Not as cool as a turbo and doesn't make the RX7 really that special anymore, but just about anything you go against will get their *** handed to them on a plate. Look around, there's sites on doing the V8 swap specifically.
