ok i adjusted the tps the ohm resistance way to 1k. the idle bumps from 1200 to 1500 still. after full warm up i adjusted it again and nada! same problem.

i need to smog the car this month so i dont know if that will affect it passing.

what/where is the bac valve?

 

well for starters, i see your car is an 87, is it turbo or NA? if it's an NA then this thing is your BAC valve (you can search on how to test/clean it)

i can't find a really good picture right now (i'm too lazy to go outside) but on an NA it's on the Dirver's side of the Dynamic Chamber (assuming you have a left hand drive car) it has a green plug going to it.
