Unhappy Yaaay! More electrical problems!

Okay so last night I was filling up my radiator getting ready to take her for a test run (plan was to insure her today) and I spilled a little bit of water around the radiator cap. "No biggie" I thought, I've done that a million times. So I close the hood, hop in the car and put the key in the ignition, instantly I hear this really weird buzzing noise coming from in front of the radiator, the two.. relay looking things wrapped in plastic.. it was the one on the drivers side making the funny noise... and voltage reads 0. So I unplugged it and it stopped. Battery still says 0. I put my lights into the "off" position and I hear a different sounding buzz again! This time from the other relay looking thing. Later on I found out that when the passenger door is open the buzz stops...
You know I love my car, but this is beginning to get a mite ridiculous.

Sounds like you have a blown room fuse...

Did you check the fuse boxes before posting?

the headlight & dimmer relays are up there, I don't know what the other two are on mine (SE), I'm thinking a/c related...they could have been "buzzing" due to low voltage caused by another problem (relay was "chattering")...your charging system good? (good batt, alt)
