pretty cool little DIY mod i did, some may think its ricey/tacky but i think it looks good, it LoOks mAd JdM y0! im gonna switch out the bulbs later for some PIAA plasma ion yellow's

Not to hijack your thread, but I posted something similar a long time ago that might interest you. Its a little more dramatic than your approach, but two and a half years later they still work great! You might give it a try if you're thinking about getting more light.
