Unhappy wrecked my car last night

i went to go drop off one of my friends at there house and i past it. so i went down the road a little ways and turned around. so then when i was headed back toward her house a damn deer jumped out in the road i put on my brakes and the tires locked up (it was pretty wet out) so i went straight off a curve and hit a hill thats at about a 45 degree angle so now i need new paint, two front fenders and a bumper assembly. oh and im ok but poor so it looks like the seven will be sittin for a while

Do you have any pics of the disaster? Oh wait. Better not. It would be an eyesore to see something like this. Too bad on your misfortunes.

yeah as long as the frame is o.k. then the superficial damage is basically just cosmetics....you know appearance. :P a cop once told me it is better to just hit the animal than to try to avoid it...because that way you just kill the animal and not another human being in the oncoming lane or such. then just cook the deer after hehe. let me know what you need and ill give you a good price for it.

Damn man, My car is so loud that I actually scare deer and other animals before they even can get close to me. Maybe you need some muffler moddifications much like myself.

So the guy's gunna sell you everything you need for $300? Or just the front bumper? Because you can prolly find some better prices if you look around. I think $100 for the front bumper and $50 a fender is pretty fair. Try:

i cant even drive it because when the wrecker pulled it out they bent one of the mufflers under the car and a fender got wedged up on the tire. and its 300 bucks for the whole front half of the car. if anyone is gonna need some parts give me a ring because when i get it i might as well sell everything on it that i can.

I was told the same thing - don't bother avoiding the collision.

I got seriously cut-off by a sunbird last year (luckily I was in my POS winter car). I did some mad avoidance, but we were on a curving overpass, and I ended up sliding sideways on the gravel on the outside of the turn, and shooting across the road and greeting the back of a minivan hard enough to crease the hood and obliterate the grille. The ****** in the sunbird kept on going, but one person chased him down and got his liscence # for me. I had his liscence # and 3 witnesses saying what had happened. The cop said "Did he actually touch you?" I said No, so the cop said tough ****. He ran me off the road and kept going with no problem, and I was left with the bill. The cop actually said, "You should have let him run into you, then his insurance would have to pay for the dammage. Now, technically it is you who is at fault."

Sorry to hear about the incident. Don't worry though, it will be as good as new in no time. Now you have a winter project!

hell yeah winter project. right now im drivin the 88 f250 diesel. that things lasted forever 500,000 miles on the original engine was repainted 3 years ago and had two transmissions. and insurance is dirt cheap. so once the seven gets fixed all the money saved from insurance and whatever else will go into the seven.
