Looks like someone wished thay had a Camaro..
Anyway, just looks like a S5 turbo with rolled fenders and maybe -RE headlights. The sideshirts, bumper, lip, appear to be stock.

He rolled the fenders and cutout the stock bumper to eliminate the popups. No kit just cheap!

ARE THOSE FENDERS WIDE OR THE 1/4 PANEL FENDERS ON THE REAR?

The fenders have been rolled out, as I said in my post, and jreynish said above. This allows a little more wheel/tire clearance.

which is popular with alot of BMW's running a wide tire in the rear. i believe you can rent a rolling tool(forgot what it's called) from tire rack...

I think it just looks like a body kit because its lowered like none other, which can be done because of the rolled fenders, like has been said already

The bumper looks like the one from the Type I kit from BN sports. I saw it in my Option magazine.
www.bn-sports.co.jp

If you click on 2-door then find FC on the left, they have 2 different styles but with practically the same bumper. It looks way cleaner than that camaro-ish thing.

Looks like an S4 bumper with the ftp area gouged out to me! I hate the kits that have big square holes in front of the headlights, looks like crap.
