Would Synthetic Transmission Oil Help Hard-Shifting 2nd Gear?

would putiing in say a good tranny fluid help get some life and better performance outa my already hard to throw into second gear tranny.........maybe royal purple??

Yes. Royal Purple works fine, I generally use Amsoil.

yeah mine grinds when racing into second.. I have yet to change my trans fluid so Iw ill be doing that very soon prolly with amsoil or castrol... not sure on royal purple yet

I don't mean to hijack or anything, but is there an easy way to fill the tranny fluid up with the TII? There really isn't much room at all to do the usual thing I did *Get the hose extension to reach through the engine bay under the car to the tranny hole...What would I need to do?

why dont people use a hand plunger u can buy it from Meijer or about any parts store.. it is a hand pump has a pull hammer on it u suck the fluid form the bottle and push the hammer in to push the fluid into the tranny.. it works flawlessly with no mess and no effort

it looks like this but with one hose
