I would like some help with designing a build up. All suggestions are welcome. (unless someone suggests swapping in a piston engine) :p

Since my current S4 tII motor is toast. I will need to either buy a rebuilt motor or a rebuildable one and rebuild it myself. Next I would like to build it up to around 400WHP if possible and still be streetable. I plan on doing as much of the work myself as I can. I am no stranger to bending wrenchs. Just never had the pleasure of working with a rotary.

Finally if someone could point me to a good book or website on rotary performance. I would appreciate it.
