Woooo more issues - what the heck is goin' on

Man fixing my 6ports seems to have broken so many things. Im beginning to think I overlooked something when putting it back together. The car will crank and idle fine. However when its warmed up it will buck like crazy! It does not happen immediately but when I drive down the road the car will buck like crazy. Hell I could barely get it back home. It would rev fine (did not try over 3k) when the clutch is disengaged but it just goes crazy on the bucking when the engine has load on it. The tack will bounce all over the place between whatever engine speed I was at and 0. When I made it back home, I turned the key to ACC and noticed that the engine did not turn off! The damn thing still wanted to run, but shortly after it died.

This is strike one for the RX-7

Now here are the issues. When the key is completely out of the ignition, I can hear power going through the leading coil. Also, the ignition relay (the little broze box on the drivers side close to the firewall) sometimes will not click off when I remove the key. If I disconnect the negative battery terminal I hear the relay click off, and I no longer hear power going through the leading coil.

Also, when I checked the timing the leading was spot on the yellow and trailing on red. Except one of the trailing you cant see the mark at all. Also with the trailing coil, the timing light will blink intermittently (on both plugs). I was going to try disconnecting the trailing coil alltogether and see if the bucking stops, but now the car wont crank (probably flooded, but might be something else broke). Now id like to know where I begin to start searching for the problem.

Does anyone know exactly where the ECU ground goes? Im going to pull off the UIM and try to find that specific ground. Prehaps I left it out when I was fixing the 6ports.
